All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sale periods or high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Standard Shipping:
3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)
5–8 working days for remote or rural areas
Express Shipping (where available):
1–2 working days for major cities (additional charges apply)
We ship via reputable courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, M&P, etc. Courier selection depends on destination and service availability.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, item weight/size, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. Terms and minimum order value (if applicable) will be clearly displayed.
COD is available for eligible areas.
An additional COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit COD for high-value orders or certain locations.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping through the website.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If an order is lost in transit (beyond the courier’s expected delivery window), we will open an inquiry. Upon courier confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange an exchange or return.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. sapphirecollection.pk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
For domestic orders within Pakistan, no customs or duties apply.
If international shipping becomes available, any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
